About Flare

Flare is pre-launch. The service is not yet open to the public.

What we are building

Flare is a roadside and local-services marketplace. Someone who needs help describes the job and their location; nearby providers who are available right now send back real prices; the customer picks one. Providers set their own prices and are paid directly — Flare does not handle the money. We are preparing to launch in the United States, Canada and India.

Who operates it

Flare is operated by FLAREHELP Inc, a close corporation incorporated in the State of Maryland, United States on 27 August 2026. Its directors are Rahul Osuri and Vaynu Osuri. The company is responsible for the platform, its handling of data, and its communications with users.

Registered office: 10716 Casper St, Kensington, MD 20895, United States. Full details are on our contact page.
